Building on decades of expertise in electron spectrometry and analytical research at ATOMKI, our laboratory provides a modern foundation for advanced materials science. We offer a comprehensive collection of equipment for thin-film production and the complex analysis of elemental and chemical structures. This allows for high-precision physical and chemical characterization of samples, meeting the most rigorous modern standards. The laboratory is operated in collaboration with the of Solid State Physics Department of the University of Debrecen.
